How do the people who blame Carter for gas prices in the 70s feel about GW Bush and today's gas prices?

I remember when Carter first came into office & I saw a picture of him wearing a sweater in the white house instead of cranking up the heat. I was young then but I have watched how destructive republicans are & then they blame democrats so I think Carter came into office with the problem but republicans twist everything instead of being conscious of what they are really thinking & facing it.
